Shimon is a technology and business executive with a passion for enhancing business through technology innovation.  Prior to launching Intigua, Shimon was a principal and entrepreneur-in-residence at Cedar Fund, a leading VC firm backed by investors including Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley.   Previously, as director of product management at Amobee, Shimon repositioned the company’s core product as an end-to-end mobile advertising platform designed for the large-scale requirements of telecommunications carriers.  Amobee was later acquired by SingTel.  Shimon also led the successful development and launch of a Mobile Messaging Gateway product line at Followap, which enabled leading European mobile providers to offer branded consumer IM services such as MSN for the first time.  Followap was subsequently acquired by NeuStar.   Shimon has an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Haifa University.  He also worked as an associate at McKinsey & Company while studying for his MBA.  In his free time he enjoys cooking, running outdoors and motorsports.


Tim FessendenTIM FESSENDEN, VP Marketing & Sales Operations

Tim is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience in enterprise software and data center management. Prior to Intigua, Tim held a variety of roles at BMC Software, a leading provider of IT service management software. Most recently, he was VP of Sales and GM of BMC’s Data Center Automation Division, the fastest growing line of business within BMC’s portfolio. Prior to BMC, Tim was a Director at BladeLogic, a successful startup providing configuration management and compliance automation solutions to the world’s largest enterprises. As one of its first employees, Tim was instrumental in helping BladeLogic advance to a successful IPO in 2007, followed by a $850 million acquisition by BMC Software in 2008. Tim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship from Babson College in Wellesley, MA. In his free time, Tim enjoys golfing, exercising, & chasing after his little kids.


Shai TorenShai Toren, GM/EMEA

A seasoned veteran with more than 15 years of experience in high-technology, Shai brings wide experience in managing both startups and established companies. Shai specializes in building high-performance teams and structuring companies to optimally achieve their business and strategic goals. Prior to joining Intigua, Shai ran all of ClearOne’s videoconferencing business worldwide and managed all of the company’s activities in Israel. He joined ClearOne after its acquisition of VCON, where he was COO. He previously managed the Polycom Partners Center , where he quadrupled partner-related revenue for the company, and was previously Director of Product Management at Comverse. Mr. Toren holds a B.Sc. in Information Systems Engineering from The Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and is the co-inventor of 6 patents. In his spare time he likes to ski.


oran-smOran Epelbaum, chief architect

Oran has been managing R&D teams for 15 years at large technology vendors and start-ups.  Most recently, Oran led the R&D team at Incapsula, a spinoff of Imperva, where he managed the development of its SaaS application firewall offering for web sites. Within a year, Incapsula had thousands of customers running its cloud-based offering on their web sites.  Previously, Oran was one of nLayers’ first employees, leading the R&D team that developed the company’s core technology, an automated discovery solution for enterprise IT applications.  After nLayers was acquired by EMC, Oran remained with the company, where he managed R&D for EMC’s compliance product line and took part in M&A activities.

Chris is an accomplished sales executive with a 20+ year track record of sales success that spans the enterprise software and semiconductor design automation industries. Most recently Chris was a key contributor to the IBM/Guardium database security sales team and developed successful relationships with major accounts including Bank of America, Visa, TIAA-CREF, FIS and others, resulting in total license revenue exceeding $50 Million over a six year tenure. Chris graduated with a BSEE from George Mason University and spent the early part of his career developing a broad range of technical and architectural skills while designing custom VLSI devices.


Paul AllerhandPaul Allerhand, CFO

A versatile finance executive with experience ranging from startup to Fortune-100, Paul oversees the company’s financial, accounting and legal functions and partners with its leadership team to develop growth strategies. Prior to Intigua, Paul was the vice president of finance at Zerto, a rapidly growing startup that provides business continuity and disaster recovery solutions for virtualized environments and the cloud. Before Zerto, Paul served as vice president of finance at Register.com where he played a key role in the sale of the company by private equity firm, Vector Capital to Web.com. He previously held the position of director of financial planning and analysis at Diageo, the world’s largest spirits company, and financial management roles at PepsiCo and GE Capital. Paul is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Bar Ilan University and an MBA from Yale University.
