Shimon is a technology and business executive with a passion for enhancing business through technology innovation. Prior to launching Intigua, Shimon was a principal and entrepreneur-in- residence at Cedar Fund, a leading VC firm backed by investors including Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. Previously, he was director of product management at Amobee, which was acquired by SingTel. Shimon also led the successful development and launch of a Mobile Messaging Gateway product line at Followap, which was acquired by NeuStar. Shimon has an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Haifa University.
A seasoned veteran with more than 15 years of experience in technology, Shai previously ran all of ClearOne’s videoconferencing business worldwide and managed all of the company’s activities in Israel. He joined ClearOne after its acquisition of VCON, where he was COO. He previously managed the Polycom Partners Center, and before that was Director of Product Management at Comverse. Mr. Toren holds a B.Sc. in Information Systems Engineering from The Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and is the co-inventor of 6 patents. In his spare time he likes to ski.
Oran has been leading R&D teams for 17 years at large technology vendors and start-ups. Before joining Intigua, Oran led the R&D team at Incapsula, a subsidiary of Imperva, where he managed the development of its SaaS application firewall offering for web sites. Previously, Oran was one of nLayers’ first employees, leading the R&D team that developed the company’s core technology, an automated discovery solution for enterprise IT applications. After nLayers was acquired by EMC, Oran remained with the company, where he managed R&D for EMC’s compliance product line and took part in strategic activities.
